Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Intoogo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using Intoogo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Access is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Intoogo reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and suspend accounts pending verification.
3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Protecting login credentials
• All activity conducted under your account
Sharing accounts is prohibited.
4. Premium Membership
Premium Membership provides:
• Full access to platform features
• Ability to create personal content
Premium Members do NOT have automatic access to private rooms. Private room access requires purchase of platform credits.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Creator Accounts & Verification
Creators must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete verification with government-issued ID + selfie
Creators are responsible for:
• Publishing content legally
• Renting private rooms to produce content
• Following platform rules and verification requirements
6. Private Room Operation
Private rooms are accessible only via credit-based payment.
• Creators pay rent for private rooms (daily, weekly, quarterly, annual)
• Prices per minute are pre-set by Intoogo
• Users pay creators directly through the platform
• Intoogo retains 25% commission on payments
Access to private rooms is optional for both creators and members.
7. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload.
By publishing, you grant Intoogo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the content on the platform.
Users are solely responsible for the legality of their content.
8. Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
• Minors (real or simulated)
• Non-consensual material
• Violence, coercion, exploitation
• Trafficking, illegal acts
• Copyright infringement
• Hate speech, discrimination
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Respectful Conduct
Users must communicate respectfully.
• Harassment, threats, blackmail, doxxing, or coercion prohibited
• Creators may refuse interactions at any time
Zero tolerance for abuse.
10. Payments & Transactions
• Platform manages payments to creators and collects 25% commission
• Chargebacks or disputes must follow platform procedures
• Fraudulent activity may result in permanent account suspension
11. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, design, and software are the exclusive property of Intoogo.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12. Privacy
User and creator data is handled according to the Intoogo Privacy Policy.
Verification documents (ID + selfie) are required for creators and handled securely.
13. Termination
Intoogo may suspend or terminate accounts for:
• Violation of Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Legal compliance
Termination may occur without notice.
14. Limitation of Liability
Intoogo provides services “as is.”
We are not liable for:
• User or creator conduct
• Financial losses
• Technical interruptions
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
Disputes shall be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction unless otherwise required internationally.
