- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete notices may not be processed.
3. Submission of DMCA Notice

4. Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

• Repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently terminated
5. Counter-Notification
If a user believes content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed content
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction in Canada or applicable legal authority
- Their signature
If a valid counter-notification is received, content may be restored unless the original complainant files legal action.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Intoogo maintains a strict repeat infringer policy.
Accounts with multiple valid copyright violations may be:
• Suspended
• Permanently terminated
• Blocked from re-registering
7. False Claims
Submitting fraudulent DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in:
• Legal liability
• Account termination
• Possible damages under applicable law
8. Limitation of Liability
Intoogo acts as an intermediary hosting provider and is not responsible for user-uploaded content prior to receiving proper notice.
