    By submitting this form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and give Intoogo the right to distribute, monetize, and display your content (photos, videos, live streams) on our platform.
    All content is voluntary, and you are legally able to enter this agreement. Your uploaded ID and selfie will be used for verification purposes only and stored securely.

    1. Age Declaration

    The Model declares and warrants that:

    • They are at least 18 years of age at the time of content creation.

    • They provide valid government-issued identification.

    • The ID submitted is authentic and belongs to them.

    2. Voluntary Participation

    • Participation is fully voluntary.

    • No coercion, force, fraud, or intoxication is involved.

    • They are legally competent to enter this Agreement.

    3. Grant of Rights

    • Irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to record, publish, distribute, stream, reproduce, and monetize the content

    • Across websites, mobile apps, social media, affiliates, and advertising

    • This includes paid subscriptions, pay-per-view, live streaming, and digital downloads.

    4. Ownership

    All content produced under this Agreement becomes property of the Company (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

    5. Compliance

    • No minors are present in the content.

    • No illegal acts are depicted.

    • All participants (if more than one) have signed separate Model Release forms.

    6. Record Keeping

    • Copy of government ID

    • Selfie holding ID

    • Digital signature

    • IP logs

    • For legal compliance and payment processor requirements.
